We are not from the area and stopped in for dinner. We were not expecting to order at the counter, so we let people go ahead of us to check out the menu a little more. The cashier was a little impatient with us and even rolled their eyes as they looked away in annoyance. The smash burgers were all very tasty, but the sweet potato fries were old tasting and not hot.

I’ve had amazing food at Doug’s before but decided to try the Julie Smashburger. It was the best cheeseburger I have ever had in my entire life. I have thought about it nonstop since then. Very affordable, and the thousand island dressing really sealed the deal. I won’t go anywhere else for a cheeseburger!

I am a big fan of Doug's Downtown, but when I want a hamburger, Doug's at Berry Crossing is the place to go. Delicious, moist, lots of choices and the extra crispy fries are the best!!

The food, service, everything was phenomenal. The cashiers were young but they were very attentive and sweet. The veggie wrap was AMAZING. I think it is my new favorite. If you're looking for a place to grab a quick bite, I highly recommend this cute, quaint restaurant.
